Who can vote?
Residents of Kelowna who are 18 years or older, have lived in BC for at least six months and are Canadian citizens are eligible to vote. You do not need to own property to vote.

How do I vote?
The City of Kelowna uses voting day only registration. You do not need to register prior to voting day. You are required to produce two (2) pieces of ID that prove both residency and identity (at least one with a signature) at the time of voting.
Acceptable identification may include:
- BC Driver’s Licence
- BC CareCard or GoldCard
- BC Identification Card
- Citizenship Card
- Credit or Debit Card
- ICBC Certificate of Insurance
- Residential Property Tax Notice
- Social Insurance Card
- Utility Bill
Accessibility
All voting locations are accessible for persons with disabilities and offer assistance with voting, either within the voting location, or curb side if voters are physically unable to leave their vehicle.
The City Hall voting location for both advanced and general voting will also offer a Voter Assist Terminal that provides electors with visual disabilities or other special needs an opportunity to mark their ballot privately and independently.
Voting at City Hall is available on November 12, 13, 14, and 15 from 8 am to 8pm.
